1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL (for LHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  1. Remove the instrument lower panel (Click here).



2. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER AIR BAG ASSEMBLY (for RHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  1. Remove the instrument panel lower air bag assembly (Click here).



3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LHD side (Click here).



4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  1. Remove the instrument lower panel (Click here).



5. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 side (Click here).



6. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 screws and air mix damper servo.
